GlamLocks products are professional grade and held to the highest standard before they ever leave our studio. We are confident in what we make. And we stand behind it completely.
All Sales Are Final for opened or used products. Because of the nature of human hair extensions, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, installed, or altered in any way.
Unopened and Unused Products may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit only. Products must be in original, sealed packaging with all components included.
Damaged or Defective Orders: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@glamlocks.com or mailto:returns@glamlocks.com with your order number and a photo. We will make it right. No questions asked. That is our promise.
How to Return: GlamLocks will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email. Once received, ship your return to:
